yard machine stalls when pto is on
my yard machine stalls when I engage the pto and start driving after almost like 5 second lots of white smoke But it starts right back up and will ride fine without the pto on

If it is a riding mower, as Cheese said a frozen deck pulley,or more than likely you have run over to much for the blades to handle and you need to inspect for a blade that is jammed by debris. Your blade belt can't turn and every time you put the pto in you are smoking the belt, which probably needs replacing now. tom
