Post Craftsman C950-52677-7 Wheels

I have a craftsman C950-52677-7.

I was using it yesterday fine. Turn it off to do some scooping with a scoop and when back to the blower and the wheels would not turn.

If you lift the wheels off the ground the wheels will move fine in all gears, but when the wheels are on the ground there is no movement.

Also looking for a manual if anyone had seen one.

There is a bolt that goes through the main drive gear of the axle that is most likely broken. Tip the blower up on the auger bucket take the bottom plate off eazy to fix you need part number 01X193MA and a lock nut. This is a grade 8 1/4" bolt that has very little thread on it so that no thread will be in the gear and it must spin after you put on the nut.

I notice that the friction wheel is in rough shape and the wheel bearings are too. Can you help me find the manual for this machine?
