Cub Cadet AGS 2140 Clutch

I have a Cub Cadet AGS 2140. I replaced some of the friction disks (703-2133).

There was a post (more than a year old) where someone had a similar problem (would not go forward) with one of these mowers.

When I took it apart, the clutch housing had fluid in it. How do you get fluid back in the clutch housing? Does fluid from the transmission flow into the clutch housing (past the output shaft)?

Will either type of Cub Cadet fluid work (Hydraulic / Transmission, or Drive system)?

Thank you for your help.

Sorry, I've never had to work on this part of one of these, so I can't really give you any advice. Check in often as someone here may chime in with the info you need.

My ags 2140 is also moving slow

I joined the forum to find out how to work on the clutch. I also have an AGS 2140 which I have learned is not the same as the Hydrostatic, but gears and a clutch. Did you find out anything more about the fluid in the clutch housing, and can you direct me to where I can see a shop manual blow up and description of how to get to the clutch to replace. Thank you.
