Briggs and Stratton engine
Above engine mounted on a Swisher trim-n-mow. we have changed oi,l added fresh gas, new spark plug and a new throttle cable. Won't turn over. Help please.

Post the engine model, type and code usually found stamped in the metal engine shroud aboce the spark plug and someone will get you going. Have a good one. Geo

Won't turn over, as in you can't pull the rope... or is it even pull start? Too vague, need info.
