toro model 20017 can't change the belt
My Toro personal pace model 20017 needs a new belt. I have it, and cannot figure out how to remove the old one and install new one. I have the belt cover off and can see both pulleys but cannot remove old belt.I have the belt off the engine pulley, but cannot figure out how to remove it from the transmission pulley.
