Bolens st110 model 3011G
Belt stops spinning up hill, I just adjusted the clutch, its also very diffcult to catch reverse.
Any ideas please?

Seems you posted just fine so i will not reply to your pm, simply here on what I was able to find.
Here is a user manual that does cover your model as you listed it. Section II covers brake/drive clutch adjustment. Seems your model predates MTD so I have no personal experience with them....sorry and gl.

Generally when a belt starts to slip in a place that it has worked fine for quite some time prior, it indicates that it's time to replace the belt rather than try to tighten it (provided there are no pulleys with problems or bad bearings or other related problems). I'm not familiar with that mower though.
