Yard Works Weed Trimmer-won't start

Hello again.
My Yard works Canadian Tire Weed trimmer won't fire up. Ran great last year.
It's getting fuel as the plug is wet.
Spark seems not great-hard to tell.
New fuel mixed 30:1.

Eng # WL1E33F
SER- BYVGS.0304VL -001

I believe the plug gap is .030''
I bought one new plug this season:
NGK BPM7Y
Not a CJ8. I think I need a NGK BM6A??
It starts for 1-2 seconds and dies. Very intermittent as well with tons of pulling.

HELP!!

Are you giving it full throttle while trying to start it? I prefer not to use NGK plugs, they foul too easily and cause all sorts of crazy problems. Sounds like it's flooding.

Well, I've tried all different positions for the choke.
Yes-also giving it full throttle while pulling too.
What plug do I need here?
A CJ8??
