stx38 or stx48 clutch difference?

Hello,
Neighbor has a STX38 black deck john deere mower and the pto clutch bearings have gone out. His clutch has a warner part number 5217-10 I think and I found one advertised for the STX48 with part number 5217-6. They otherwise look the same. Does anyone know if this will fit?
Thanks.

Hello duigoose,

Sorry but the pulley/flange diameter on the 5217-6 is larger than that of the 5217-10, I don't know what kind of pricing you've found, But I've found this place to be very reasonable; WARNER COMMERCIAL MAGSTOP ELECTRIC PTO CLUTCH 5217-10

Good Luck
