Mantis Tiller is a no-go

I am having trouble adjusting the screws on my tillers carburetor. Its maddening. I have read the PDF over and over and I can't get the adjustments just so. Any ideas?

What is it doing? It might need more than just a simple adjustment.

If You can't make it run right by adjusting it,, Chances are it's time for a carb kit... Roger
