Exclamation Honda EB12D Generator Leak Trough Intake

I have a Honda Diesel generator model EB12D, that's leaking oil trough the intake, does anyone have a clue on what could be the problem. Someone told me it had to be the cylinders gasket. I just don't wanna buy them and not be the real problem. Thanks to anybody who answers!

Leaking oil through the intake, as in oil dripping out the air horn opening?

I don't exactly know if we are referring to the same thing, but its the valve cover breathing hose. It's dripping trough that hose. I hope you can understand me. I'm not much of a mechanic myself. And thanks for your fast reply.

Oil dripping from there indicates excessive crankcase pressures. If the oil is not over full, too thin, and the engine is not operating at too much of an angle, then you have either worn rings, or possibly head gasket issues if the head gasket on this engine can fail in such a manner as to pressurize the crankcase. I don't know if that's the case on your engine. Does it smoke when it's running? Does it have a lot of hours on it?
