Tecumseh Carburetor and Govenor linkage routing
I purchased a 5hp Craftsman Chipper Shredder that would not stay running. Although the carburetor is non-adjustable, the previous owner had tampered with the settings and I suspected that to be the reason for the problems. I purchased a new carburetor and when I went to swap them out, I have a feeling that the linkage to the carburetor and govenor are incorrectly routed. The engine is a Tecumseh model OHH50-68001A. The carburetor is a 640035C. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
