Honda GC 190 won't start

I have a Northern Star pressure washer with a Honda GC190 6.0 engine. I have used the washer numerous times with no problems until it was accidentally tipped over while running where, it promptly shutdown. Afterwards, all attempts to restart it failed.

I verified oil and gas levels to be correct. Engine will run for 2-3 seconds after choking and cranking, but will not continue to run.

It acts like a "kill switch" of some kind was activated when it was tipped, but, I can't find anything of the kind.

Any suggestions?

Try without the air filter. When one tips over, the filter often gets soaked.

I didn't mention it, but I did try that, with no luck.

Take the bowl off the carb and see if it has junk in the bottom. It tipping may have unesttled some debris that was at the bottom of the carb and now it's sucking up into the jet, blocking it when it cranks up.
