Angry Bolens BL100 Trimmer

Customer brought me this trimmer,I have put a new carb kit walbro, also replaced the needle. My problem is it will start and run fine, after I turn it off it starts leaking gas at the throat of the carb.I have took it apart and clean it twice,in the ultrasonic cleaner.I have done this several times with success, but this trimmer is giving me a tough time. The walbro carb. WT682A.Also I took a Qtip and clean the seat.Out of ideas, please help.I also have a carb. tester I pump air in the pump side and tested the needle,it holds 7#does not leak down.

Thanks,
Jerry

Does this carb have the little brass check valve that presses down and enters the throat? It may be leaking if so.
I just looked at a diagram of your carb, #21... this item:

Cheese, the only check valve I could find, was the brass one on the metering side of the carb.I don't think this valve is removeable.I put another carb. on the trimmer,it still leak a the throat of the carb. All the fuel lines are installed correctly.Could there be a bad check valve inside the primer bulb.It snaps in the plastic housing with the three fuel lines.

Thanks,
Jerry

The primer wouldn't cause it. I'd say there is something wrong with that check valve or needle. It may be cheaper to just tick a new carb on it. Some of them are cheap.
