generator motor, carb issue?

Hey guys, I didnt know where else to go. I have a 1000w generator That i was using yesterday. I think its 50cc or 1hp coleman
it sat for like 6 months with out use. i used it for 3 days before started issues
I used it for 10 minutes and shut it off to take a break. When I went to start it back up It would idle low and run a little rough.
turned it off did some cleaning and made it worse and starts then dies

I've checked the fuel filter fule lines and its clean like new but i blew it out with my compressor.
I drained all the gas and put new in it. Also removed the air cleaner and gas cap. its gravity fed so the gas tank is higher.
checked and cleaned the plug which is like new with no ware.
Took the carb apart and sprayed it with carb cleaner bouth sides inside and out. same issue.

Could this be the diaphragm?

Sounds like a carb problem, but I don't know what it has on it.
