Make a linkage for a Troybilt

i have a 28 year old troy bilt Pony Tiller and i need to figure out how to make a linkage for it, any ideas would be great,

Since you didn't give any information about what you have to make it's hard to give any advice. Can you post a picture of the old one or maybe a picture of the machine showing the two things you need to connect?
