Parts for Craftsman Riding Mower

Have a Craftsman riding mower, model 91728707. Need to replace a mower deck mandrel and housing. I know I can get it from searspartsdirect, but I wonder if there is another parts vendor out there that charges less for parts. I post this because I know that a lot of Craftsman items are made by another manufacturer.

Use partsdirect to get the part number then google it as Craftsman part number xxxxxx you will get several options, Jackssmallengines, outdoordistributors, parttree, MandD, etc. Have a good one. Geo

Thanks geogrubb! You really nailed it. I did as you suggested, and it took me to Amazon. The two parts are costing me $30, rather than $62. They are coming from two seperate vendors, with a combined shipping cost of $5. They are coming from mowtownusa and amc parts store. I also ordered two mulching blades for $8 each. I have used diy.com since 2003, and it has never failed me.
