power problems with blower

I have a stihl BG72 blower and I'm having trouble running it at full power...I'm constantly adjusting the chock to get half decent power....even after the blower warms up the choke must be kept half on.....does the carb need cleand or adjusted....any advice would be appreciated...thanks

Try backing out the high speed mixture screw (the one of two that is closest to the air filter side of the carb) just a bit and see if it runs better.
