Yard Machine lawn mower 11A-54MB029 won't start
My MTD Yard Machine lawn mower 11A-54MB029 died right after 2 yrs warranty. I found the manual from the following link:

and checked spark plug and air filter, they all looked normal.
The mower started running rough last Saturday morning, then died after about 10 minutes. I thought the gas might get moisture during storm Sandy, so I added some dry gas, but it did not help.
It used to start after 1 or 2 pulls, now it won't start no mater how many times I pull it.
How can I troubleshoot the problem?

Remove all the gas and replace it with fresh. Snake oil doesn't make gas. With all the water you guys had, I wouldn't run it without changing oil and gas totally.
