How do I replace the impeller on an Ariens 8HP snow blower?

Impeller ?

The main shaft coming from the engine has the blower/fan on it. It comes out to the front of the snowblower and connects to a gearbox that drives the augers.
The augers are the two round bladed devices that draw in the snow and crunch up the ice.

Which do you want to remove ?
What are you doing ?

Thanks for the reply,I am all set,I took a closer look and figured out how to take it apart, I need to replace a bent impeller,a stone got hung up in there, Don't know why there wouldn't be a sheer pin in there instead of the roll pins, sure would save a lot of work.
