My 12 1/2 hp. Briggs ans straton will only start by jumpping the celenoid, replaced ignition switch, and celenoid any help will be appreciated

Knowing what you have would help. I assume this is a vertical engine on a riding mower?
Check for power on the trigger wire on the solenoid when you turn the key. It may just be a blown fuse.

A riding mower or snow blower would have that size of motor. Each has a different starter/ignition setup.
I would assume riding mower as well though. Don't think they have too many snow blowers that far south.
