Noma Show King Snow Blower( E278-4000) reinstall Klik Pin in Left Wheel

I have a Noma Snowking snow blower model E278-4000. When the item was shipped from the factory, a “Klik Pin” was installed in the innermost hole in the left tire hub. The manual instructs the owner to remove the pin from this hole and put it in the outer most hole in the axle to allow easier mobility. By doing this, the drive train goes form posi to single wheel drive. The manual does not give any instruction how to reinstall the pin into the original hole. I have tried to reinstall the pin in the innermost hole, but the thru hole is no longer visible. I have held the right wheel stationary and rotated the left wheel, but did not see where the thru hole is in the bearing or the axle. Has anyone been able to reinsert this “Klik Pin” back into the innermost hole after removing it? Thank you.

There is a plastic bushing between the axle & the wheel shaft to help keep the two from rusting together. It has slid out covering the hole just push it back in & the hole will reappear
