Toro riding mower

I asked a question about brakes on my toro model #71185-serial number 6902590.i have problem stopping brakes don't work well.Does the braking on my model use a cable,belt or pads?Thank you for any help

There is a disc brake on the right side of the transmission easier to see if you remove the right side wheel assy.

Usually you can tighten the 1/2" nut in the center of the disc brake caliper to tighten/adjust it to stop better. Sometimes the brake has to come off and be taken apart/cleaned up because it gets rusted solid. The brake pads may also be worn out.
