The engine is a Briggs & Stratton Model 126412 Type 0158 Code E1. It sat with gas in tank over the winter and failed to start. Installed new Champion RC12YC and the motor started but stalled as choke was reset to run. Since then no evidence of even attempting to turn over. Drained gas tank and replaced fuel line before adding 2 oz. Mechanic In A Bottle as per label instructions. Pulled starter cord several times to attempt to get the liquid into the carb but do not know if this worked. It is well over 4 hours since and still no evidence of engine attempting to turn over when starter cord is pulled. What should I do next? Should I add fresh gas and attempt to start engine or do something else? :help:

Any advice: Ford 2000 (1963) tractors hydraulic lift will not come up?? Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.
