16 HP twin cam kohler riding mower wont start
The engine turns over. I took plug out and turned over engine and there is no spark. It is a new plug. I need help please.

With no spark it's either in the module itself or the wiring/connections/ignition switch or safety switches. To isolate it you can go to the ignition coil (module) that sits close to the flywheel and disconnect the wire coming out of the coil going to the kill circuit. It kills by grounding the coil.
Then spin the engine over and if you get spark the coil is good and the problem lies in the wiring or switches. The ignition switch can be checked with a continuity tester to make sure it isn't grounded. A common switch to cause problems is the seat/operator present switch. Those usually have a plunger that separates contacts. If you work the plunger up and down, then force it all the way in you may find that is the culprit.
