Thanks for the responses and advice guys. I've also chatted with techs at Briggs and they agree I've really done all I could to solve the problem. Since it seems to run well under load(95% of its run time anyway), they suggested that I just continue to use it and there's a chance it will clear up on its own. I'm planning to run Seafoam in the tank a while also.
