Craftsman Riding Mower. Engine Dies When Mower is Engaged.

I have bipassed the seat safety switch and it still dies when I take my foot off of the clutch or when I engage the mower deck. Any ideas?

Please apply model number so we all know what you are working on. Does it have an electric PTO or manual push lever??

How did you bypass the switch? It is made so as not to be bypassed.
