homelite ranger 33cc UT-10926 locking up in crank case

New member here, my problem is this, I can get the saw to start and then it dies at full throttle.at this point I cannot turn it over with the rope. While tapping the flywheel back and forth I can get it loosened up .I can here ratting noses coming form the crankcase at this point and it becomes easy to pull again. Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated Thanks for your help P.s. have drain out bar oil. Still have the same problem. Oil and gas mix is 50-1

It's toast. It ran too lean, got too hot, or otherwise was inadequately oiled.
