Craftsman front wheel drive self propelled

I have one side that turns, the other (short Right side facing front ) dies not.... He're a pic, the small circle on the bottom.. Wheels are fine, its the right drive not turning http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_pn...9082-00002.png anyone have an idea which part would fail before I take this apart? It appears to be all one shaft. Im not sure what # 67 is.
I know I'll have to take it apart eventually, but id like to have the part ready to go in. I figured someone may be familiar with craftsman. The drive appears simlar on many models.

This is dangerous, to say the least, but you must find out if the axle is broken, prop the front of the deck on something so it is off the ground, with it running, engage the drive and using a mirror or whatever, check if the axle is turning on both sides, since it is a solid axle if one side is not moving the axle is broken and is not worth replacing, if the complete axle is turning the problem is the wheel and can be replaced. Have a good one. Geo

yes, its not turning... looking at the part blow-up there is a "spacer" and two U shaped pins that may hold that side together.. thought someone may have a quick answer but again, time to get the tools out
