Honda harmony II, idle slows down and speeds up

I have a honda harmony II 215 push mower. When idle fluctuates up and down with with every little bump, when I turn I around, when I pull it back, etc. do not get a good cut at all with it. This is my 3rd Honda and love the other two, dealer says it is fine.

Clean carburetor internally. Carburetor is running lean and it is searching (reving up and down ) and no that is not normall.

Correct, it's a carburetor problem and it's not normal or acceptable.

Kohler CV12.5S - magnets detached from flywheel

I have a JD STXX38 Lawn Tractor with a Kohler CV12.5S engine which is over 20 yrs old. I have had the problem of the battery going dead and having to be recharged. I've followed a few threads and diagnosed my lack of voltage to the stator. When I pulled the flywheel I found the magnets (which I assume were attached to the flywheel) stuck to the ends of the stators. I've cleaned the dust and debris out but cannot find any mention of how to proceed with the repair. The Kohler manual doesn't even mention the flywheel having magnets so I guess that they're never-ever-ever supposed to detach.:) Can I reattach? Do I need new magnets? New flywheels are listed at $150ish so I hope I can fix it! Any help would be appreciated.

I have a honda push mower with engine #GJAAA-1050436 and need the flywheel nut torque and the ignition coil air gap. I took the flywheel off because it was backfiring real bad and thought the key had sheared but it looks fine. Maybe the timing belt? anyway if anyone knows the specs I would appreciate help. thanks
