Genarator won't start.

During a power outage my generator shut down, still had gas in it so when I checked the oil to see if it was out it overflowed but it was not oil. I think gas got in some how. Now it won't start..... Any ides ?

Your float is stuck open or the needle valve is not sealing for whatever reason. You'll have to take the bowl off and see if the float is moving freely and clean the needle and seat possibly, maybe replace them. Not knowing anything about what you have, what engine is on it, or what generator you have, that's the best info I can provide.
