Honda lawn mower won't start, 1 year old
Bought the mower last year, winterized it properly and it only starts if you tilt it on 2 wheels to the right or with starting fluid. Dismantled and cleaned the carb. Everything looked good. New plug, filter and oil change. What do they mean when they say easy start? Can anyone help.

I'd say most likely the choke is sticking. The EZ start is an automatic choke and it will commonly stick open.
