pressure washer down

I have a pressure washer that won't start. Last time i used it i closed the gas valve and let it run dry. I went to start it after about 6 or 7 months later but no go. I took the carb off and cleaned it the best i could. Still no go. It is a 7.0 subaru gas engine.

Old gas?
What do you mean you cleaned it the best you could.
It needed to be completely taken apart and cleaned with carburetor cleaner, not just wiped off or blow it with air.

I have never had the best of luck just taking a carb apart and cleaning it. The last time I had an "old gas" issue I took the carb to a small engine repair center and they cleaned it in a tank of solution. Worked perfectly after that.
