R*Tek 2-cycle engine rpm problem
I have a Toro 38582 snowthrower model SS 221E S/N 290002189 with an R*Tek 2-cycle 141 cc engine bought in 2008. It ran OK for 2 years but now the
engine will run OK for about 10 minutes then the rpm/s will cut in half and remain there. The next time the engine is started after it has cooled down, it will usually run OK and then the rpm's will drop again.

Time to rebuild or replace the carburetor.
And no that does not mean to just blow air through it.
