just bought an ultrasonic cleaner
Have a new ultrasonic cleaner on it's way. Does anyone have a good formula for a cleaner to use for carbs,etc.

Good question. I think I remember years ago we used to use Varsol 
It would be highly recommended to use a non flammable solution.
Luckily I've been able to get a hold of Safety Kleen solution like the gas stations use.
You may be able to use something like "Simply Green" or Gunk degreaser.

I use both dawn dish detergent and simple green and water. I run carbs through 3 cycles of 4 minutes with heat. Then I blow them out with air. Works great, it was a good investment.

I used simple green and water with my Ulrasonic Cleaner and then i just wipe it down after i have cleaned it, hope this helped
