kohler 25hp engine, one of two cylinders firing problem

I have a toro zero turn mower. It developed a problem where one of the two cylinders received no spark. I replaced the ignition module. Now when it is started at low idle there is a spark. As I give it more throttle the firing decreases. When I try to put it at full throttle no spark at all. Any thoughts on what may be causing this to happen?

I don't know which engine you have, but this sounds a lot like the diode between the coils in the kill wire is blown. This would be on the command series and later engines.

It is a command series engine. Where is the diode you mentioned located? Thank you for your input.
