MTD Model 317E660G000 Tecumseh 4 cycle HMSK80-120
Hi:
I am having a problem with my snow blower. I don't know much about small engines. The blower engine is making a cycling sound, where it sounds like it slows down to the point of stalling, but then comes back right before it stalls.
The gas is not old, and I put stabilizer in it. I dont think the spark plug is old, but I am not entirely sure about that. The choke is completely open when these noises begin. The engine is set to rabbit, not turtle.
Is it a clogged carburetor? If so, where is the carburetor on the engine and is it something I can clean myself? Do I just add cleaner to the gas?
Thank you for your help.

Carburetor needs to be removed, cleaned and rebuilt.
It's attached to the air cleaner.
If your not sure where a carburetor even is you may want to have someone do this for you.
