Where can I find the best price for a battery for my Honda EU6500 generator?

You can use any garden tractor battery to start that genny. Even a motorcycle battery will work.

I use Sears lawn tractor batteries for my EM5000's. I just modified the mounting bracket.

Ahhh.... I see the EU uses an "inside" mounting location for battery.

The original Honda part number is 31500-MCR-D02

You can use a generic part number of YTZ14S. You'll find them from $39 and up all over the internet. The original battery was probably a Yuasa. There are some deals on amazon.
