NOMA 9HP 27 in. Snowblower: Drive linkage broken inside chassis housing
My vintage-1997 NOMA Snow King has a broken drive linkage. It's down inside the housing and obscured by the friction plate so it's difficult to get to. My guy tells me he can't get to it because the way it's made, you can't remove the parts that are in the way to either replace it or weld it. Any suggestions? The rest of the thing is in great condition and I'd hate to junk it over that. If I can't fix it, it won't drive.

Welcome to the forums.
I wouldn't consider 1997 vintage for a snowblower. Mine is a 1980 Toro that I've rebuilt.
Post the model number for that machine.
