Murray Riding Law Mower will not start

I have a Murray 42" 15.5hp riding lawn mower model #425014X92. The lawn mower will no longer start. I have replaced the battery, the soleniod, and the ignition switch to no avail.

When I turn the ignition switch, I get nothing. No clicking, no sound, nothing. Now I have used my needle nose pliers to arc voltage (bypass the solenoid) across the leads on the solenoid and the engine turns over (starts) but the engine will not remain on.

Any and all assistance would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to the forums!

Does this mower have a seat switch? I would start there.

Yes it does. Thanks. I'll review and revisit with any update.

Check the fuse, it may just be blown.

I bypassed the seat switch and the mower still wouldn't start. There is a 15 watt fuse around the solenoid that is still in good shape. Still at a loss

Bad ignition switch maybe? Make sure you get voltage to the switch, then check voltage coming from switch with key on and then back off and check for power when in start position.
