New carburetor: adjustments?
Honda lawn mower
Craftsman mower with Honda engine
I have two aging lawnmowers, and over the years have removed the carburetors multiple times for cleaning. I left gasoline in the carbs since last mowing season- my bad- and when I went to clean them for this season I must have lost the springs in the needle valves because they both started leaking through the air filter.
So I went to buy needle valves and new gaskets and the guy said, "you may as well buy new carbs, for the cost of these parts" so I did... and now I realize the carbs may require adjusting after install, and I don't know how to do it. Can I bolt these things on a go, or will they require adjusting?
THanks for any tips!
