Troy Bilt Chipper Vac new Engine needed

Hi Folks, a newbie here, this looks like a great site and a perfect fit for me as I am really into doing as much as I can for myself. Here is my current problem in a nutshell and I hope someone can help me.

I have an old Troy Bilt chipper vac 8 horse power. The Briggs and Stratton engine on it has gone bad with the piston and rod coming loose from the crankshaft. I am looking for a replacement engine in a 10 hp if possible. The engine model is 192437, type 1125-E1, and code 0101191B. I have tried and tried finding either another of this type or a replacement engine for it and have not even been able to find the engine specs.

Does anyone know if it is possible to use a different engine on my chipper vac and if so which one? it is a model 47287.
Thanks
