Honda G300 engine on F800 rotavator

Hello
Greetings from Sunny Kenya! want to rehabilitate and reactivate this engine that has not run in 16+ years. Would appreciate a step-by-step 'how to' in tearing it down, cleaning the parts and putting it back together again. Many thanks!

What is that machine for - cutting tracks for planting crop seeds?

Don't tear it apart, unless you need to. It may start just the way it sits. Looks like it's in good shape.

Take out the spark plug and put about three spoons of penetrating oil in the plug hole. Let that sit for a couple of hours, then see if the pull rope will turn it over.

If it will and you have access to carburetor cleaner, take all the gas out of the tank and drain the carburetor bowl. Then add the gasoline with the carb cleaner. Replace the plug with a new one, check the oil level and see if it will start with full choke and half throttle. You may have to pull on it a few times.

Post back with the results and we'll go from there.

Change and replace oil.
Dump out any old fuel.
Rebuild the carburetor.
Replace any fuel lines.
