Snapper Mower Series 23 Wont Start

My snapper mower wont turn over. I have replaced/checked the following spark plug, gas, fuel line and filer, air filter, solenoid. I also sprayed some carb cleaner in the carburetor and it ran for a second and then died. Any advice would be appreciated.

The carburetor needs to be cleaned. The bowl will need to be removed and cleaned from the inside.

Below is the IPL for the engine, page 5 has the breakdown of the carb, it's either a Walbro or Nikki, as cheese stated it will need to be cleaned. When removing any screw that looks like it is used for adjustment of fuel mixture first turn the screw in a clockwise direction to seat, counting the number of turns, make a note of the number of turns so you can set it to it's original setting when reassembled. Have a good one. Geo

I was able cleaned the carb today. The mower started about 10 times and ran for 3-4 seconds then stalled. After that I couldn't get the mower to turn over again.

It won't even turn over now? Or it turns over but won't start?

It turns over but wont start. The carb looked really clean when I took it apart so I am not sure that was the issue.
