craftsman leaf blower

Hi All,

Problem w/ the craftsman leaf blower, it runs fine for about 5 min, and then the motor fluctuates like a sine wave full power, almost no power, full, almost no, almost like i am opening the choke back and forth. It has been doing this for about a year, so I just try to get everything done in that first 5 minutes!

I'm traveling right now but if model or other info will help can post that in a day or two.

Thanks!

As I just said in another post, I despise Sears but they have a life time warranty, so exchange it for a new leaf blower.

Huh? Sears doesn't have a lifetime warranty on their lawn equipment.

Try loosening the gas cap when it starts surging. If it straightens out, the vent in the cap is clogged.
