Craftmans snow blower - is this my spark plug?

Hi Guys, hope I dont get booted out.. im trying to post a pic to show you what I am talking about.

Is this my spark plug on my snow blower? I tried pulling it but it doesnt pull out although I can turn to the left and to the right. Im afraid to break it, does this look familiar? I think that black rubber piece leads to my spark plug but it stuck in that metal bracket.

#1 Why are you trying to get the spark plug out?
I tried 4 times but no picture came up.
Going to have to guess, yes there's a rubber boot over the spark plug, it just pulls straight out away from the plug.
Yes it often feels like it's stuck because of the suction from the tight fit.

You need to back up a little on the pic. so we can see more of the engine. From what I can see it appears to be the spark plug wire encased in a metal angle bracket, if so the entire metal part should pull off as one piece. But really need a better pic.
