Toro 824 snowblower
I bought a used Toro 824 snowblower. How do I determine the model numer of the Tecumseh 8 hp engine. The snowblower must be at least 15 years old.

Welcome to the forums.
I have the same snowblower. I bought mine in 1977 and it's still going. I just keep replacing parts as they wear. There is a code on the engine block. I think (must be having an old age moment) that it's behind the electric start unit.
