Scotts E Z Start magna torque 6.5 h.p. no start

I prime the carb and when I pull the starter rope it starts and runs a couple seconds and cuts off. I have cleaned the carb completly 2 times and changed the coil and spark plug have good spark at plug but it will only run a couple seconds after priming.

What do you consider cleaning the carb. ?
Removed the bowl and moved the float up and down to make sure there's gas getting to the carb. and completly shutting off when lifting?
Any fuel filters?
A real model # would help figure out what you trying to work with.

Most likely it is still a carb restriction but it could also be the zone cable not pulling the kill switch far enough.
