Coleman generator idling issue

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I inherited a coleman 7500W generator with a briggs and stratton 14.5hp engine. I was told it had very low hours on it. When i received it blew smoke upon startup. I went through the whole thing, changed oil, filter, fuel lines, cleaned the carb out, spark plug etc. Yesterday it was running perfect but with a bit of smoke still. After checking a few other things i started it back up and now no smoke but the idle is jumping up and down. I made sure there were no intake manifold leaks and also cleaned the carb again just incase. Please Help. I have attached a youtube video of the generator running. Previous gas was drained from tank and replaced with new.

Welcome to the forums.

Your posted video is private.

You changed the carb out..... for an identical unit ?
You may not have gotten the governor set up correctly.

I can see video now.

The governor is hunting. You may not have the linkage back in the correct hole on the carb or possibly a spring problem.
