Murrary Riding Lawn Mower - Engine lock - oil in air filter

I have a Murray Riding Lawn Mower that I have been working on. I lifted the mower up to do some work under it and when I left it back down I noticed I had oil coming out of the air filter. cleaned up the oil and tried to start. Started for a second then started to click. Got under the mower and turned the shaft from the engine, Can only turn a bit both ways then stops. Any Ideas how to fix so that I can start the mower again?

Take the spark plug out and crank it over the cylinder is probably full of oil, when you lifted the mower was the cylinder pointed down which would let oil into the cylinder, out the intake valve and into the air filter. Don't for get to replace the oil and air filter. Have a good one. Geo
