Dyt 4000 18.5 HP

Hi all.
I have a dyt 4000
The engine stopped spinning
I took it all apart and seen that the camshaft end was stuck in bearings.
Its lime flecks of metal got into it and it spinned around to it couldn't.
It put some scratches in the assembly bearing
I was wondering what tool I can rent to sand it all out till smooth?
The camshaft is not bent but I will need to buff the ends up too.
I do t know how to insert images with his mobile app version.

There is not tool to rent that I know of. By hand is the only way I know to do it.
